Shipping Policy
We ship all orders in the United States via UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air with the exception of larger supply, package and equipment orders which ship via freight truckline. Please note that UPS measures their transit times by "business days", so this does not count weekends. For example, if you order on a Friday, and you're in a 1 day ship zone or select next day air, your item will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. If you product was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help with this process.
We offer free UPS Ground within the U.S. with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Outside, regular shipping charges apply.
Some Alaska, Hawaii, orders are also sent via USPS Priority. Please note that we do not ship internationally, due to compliance issues.
Our products usually ship out within 1-2 business days. Cut off time for same day shipments is 2:00pm PST. If your items take longer then 2-3 business days to ship, we will do our best to make contact with you. If you have a time sensitive matter, please make a note in the comments section of the order form. You can also call or email us before you place your order. Sometimes if a partial order is shipped separately or back ordered it will be noted on your invoice on the receipt of your first package.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone.
Return Policy
For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
-Return in original packaging
-Return within 30 days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
-All returns must be prepaid;
No COD's accepted
All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
