  • What size tents do you carry?


    We carry a range of tents from one person solo tents to tents that sleep seven or more.  At Camping Tent Station, you never have to worry about your tent being too small to accommodate your family


    What brands do you carry?


    Our store offers a variety of brands including the economical and fun Wenzel tents to the more robust Chinook camping tents.  Other reputable brands we carry are Browning, Swiss Gear, Alps Mountaineering, and the chic and roomy Paha Que.  Check out our extensive catalogue of tents, which all include detailed descriptions


    Do you carry the Eureka brand?


    Currently we do not carry the Eureka brand.  Please check our site periodically for updates on Eureka.


    Do your tents come with a warranty?


    We are a tent distributor and carry all different brand tents.  Some tents such as Wenzel come with a lifetime warranty, while other manufacturers offer a limited warranty.  Please check with the manufacturer.


    When can I expect to receive my product?


    When you place your order, it will take approximately 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days to process.  In other words, if you've placed your order on Friday 2pm Pacific time, it will be processed the following Monday.  We offer free UPS ground shipping to all contiguous 48 states in the U.S. which takes between 3-7 business days.  For faster shipping, you can purchase one of our other options, including express or overnight delivery service. 


    What is the general cost of shipping for my product?


    We offer free UPS 5-7 day ground shipping to all 48 contiguous states in the US with a $20 surcharge for residents of Alaska and Hawaii.  We also offer faster shipping options at an additional cost.


    What does it mean when my product is on back order?


    From time to time, our tents will sell faster that we can stock.  We keep our site updated so our customers know whether or not we have that particular item in stock.  You may order an item that is out of stock but please make sure you are clear on the ETA of your purchase.  If the item is out of stock, we strive to make sure you get it in a timely manner.


    Has my order been shipped?


    We will provide you with a tracking number once your product has been shipped, which you will be sent promptly


    Can I stop a package that has been shipped?


    If it was shipped USPS Post Office NO



    If it was shipped UPS we can try but it is not always successful and the fee is $15.00. New UPS Returns Service Rates are now in effect.


    What is your return policy?


    For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and email us immediately to obtain a return authorization number.



    If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:



    -Return in original packaging

    -Return within 30 days

    -Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise

    -Enclose a brief letter of explanation

    -All returns must be prepaid;



    No COD's accepted



    All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.  A 15% restocking fee will apply.



    Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service via  email at returns@campingtentstation.com


    I have not received my shipment and would like to cancel. What do I do?


    Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled.



    If the order has been shipped, the customer will need to follow the normal steps for returns (see previous question), if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.


    I was shipped the incorrect item. What do I do?


    Contact us for an RA# Return Authorization Number. We will email or mail a UPS return Label to your address. If the order was shipped ground, and customer decide to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, it will be done at their own expense.



    Once the incorrect item is received back, We will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item's purchase price should it not get returned.



    No express freight methods will be used for items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped. 



    Make sure to:

    - Include a copy of the original packing slip

    - Note the Return Authorization number of the outside on the packaging*


    I've received a defective item. What do I do?




    As we are not an warranty repair station, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacture.  Please contact the manufacturer first.  For questions, please email support@campingtentstation.com
